Making Payment:

PayPal is my preferred method of payment and the only way in which to make payment through our web-site. Payments will be made to ‘all-that-glitters@live.co.uk’. If you are unable to make payment through PayPal please contact me for advice regarding alternative arrangements. Goods will not be reserved for dispatch until payment is processed to completion.
 

Returns Policy:

Busybeadz would like all our customers to be happy with their purchases. Please contact me as soon as possible after purchase if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason. All refunds or exchanges will be given within 14 days of purchase. All returns must be sent via registered post or recorded delivery.
Busybeadz will not be held responsible for items lost in post for a return or exchange.
Please note custom items or special orders are excluded from refunds or exchanges.
 

Caring For Your Jewellery:

Protect your jewellery from scratching, extreme temperatures, intense sunlight. Harsh chemicals and perfumes. Wash in mild soapy water, rinse well, dry with a soft cloth and polish with a jewellery polishing cloth. Keep jewellery in a ziplock plastic bag to prevent tarnishing. Avoid sleeping or bathing in Jewellery.
